A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $1,000
DONA TED BY OAKLA WN TO THE 2008 KEEP LEESBURG
BEAUTIFUL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Keep Leesburg Beautiful Program has received a check in the amount of
$1,000 from Oaklawn; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends the acceptance of the donation to be used for
advertisements and other related expenses.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The Fiscal Year 2008 budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is
made in the amount of$I,OOO for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2007 and ending June 30,
2008.
SECTION II. The Leesburg Town Manger's Budget is amended in the amount of
$1,000.00.
