AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -22 OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
SCHEDULE OF NO PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, Section 8 -22 of the Greencastle City Code lists the no parking zones within the
City of Greencastle; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to update its list of no parking zones within the City.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
Section 8 -22, Schedule of No Parking Spaces, is hereby amended to add the following:

Side
From
To
Avenue F
South
Percy Julian Drive
Mill Pond Drive
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common Council
and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND OPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana this
day of 2006.
