A RESOLUTION: DISCLAIMING DEED OF GIFT OF CONVEY ANCE OF
CATOCTIN RIDGE TANK SITE
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that accepting the conveyance of Catoctin
Ridge tank site to be contrary to the best interest of the Town of Leesburg.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to disclaim the deed of gift of conveyance of the
Catoctin Ridge Tank Site.
PASSED this 10th day of June 2008.
