Monday evening, June 19, 1967 at 8:20 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Gerald Dykhoff, Robert Roehl, James Adams and Anne
Dorweiler present.
The minutes of the meeting of May 15, 1967 read. Moved by Gerald Dykhoff
that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
The members of the Planning Commission went to look at several properties
for new village hall and cane back to the hall and discussed them. Moved by
Anne Dorweiler tlyt we recommend to the Counc$1 that they consider first of
all the entire piece of the George Ferrell property for the village hall and
secondly, if they do not want this much land that they then consider buying
the eastern five acres if he will split it.

Motion carried.
General discussion for requirements for multiple dwellings with specific
reference to the David_ Gates plans, as planning commission cannot understcnd
why the Council gave preliminary approval when the planning commission had
not seen the plans.
Moved by James Adams to grant building permits to Paul Lindholn and Spencer
Enbretson.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by James Adams.
Motion carried.
