RESOLUTION NO. 2008-116
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $4,000 TO
THE FY 2009 BUDGET RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM FROM THE HERITAGE
SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E.
quadrant; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of $4,000 from the Heritage Square
Homeowners Association in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION 1. The FY 2009 Budget is hereby amended and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $4,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2008 and ending June 30, 2009.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the
amount of $4,000.
