A RESOLUTION SETTING AMOUNT OFJENANT UTILITY DEPOSIT FOR
THE CITY OF TIFFIN

WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has set ordinance regulating collection and refund of a
utility deposit for tenants within the Cityof Tiffin,'and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin would set the amount of tenant utility deposit that may be
required by any landlord for service provided to any tenant from time to time by manner
of resolution for the Tiffin City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Tiffin City Council hereby
sets the amount of tenant utility deposit at $150.00 effective with the date of approval by
the Tiffin City Council.
ON THE 9th of ,lune , 2004, at a meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson introduced A
RESOLUTION SETTING AMOUNT OF TENANT UTILITY DEPOSIT FOR
THE CITY OF TIFFIN, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by
Councilperson
AYES: Bartels, Dils, Peteresen, Gericke and Huedepohl.
NAYS:
None. Absent: None.
Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the RESOLTUION SETTING
AMOUNT OF TENANT UTILITY DEPOSITY FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the Council on the 9th day of jimp 2004, and
approved by the Mayor on the A t b day of dy, n P ,2004.
