Dear Bohl Family Investments, LLC:
While digitizing and archiving and Tax Bill files, it was discovered that the
original Special Tax Bills #16228 and 16295 RELEASES were still in the
property file. These bills were paid and released on January 15, 2014. However,
when the original releases were mailed to the property owner of record at that
time, the mail bounced back to the City as undeliverable, and has remained in
the file since then.
Since you are now shown as the property owner of record, I am enclosing the
original documents for your property records. I am also sending the envelopes .
containing the original notification of the lien which had also bounced back to the
City for your records.
