The minutes of previous meeting wer not read bcause of the
lateness of the starting of the meeting.
Mr. Charles W. Phillips appearedw ith regardto the re -zoning; of a parcel
of the Dineen property. Moved by Jim Adams to set a date to hold a public
hearing on the matter of re -zoning; property in Section. between Highway
5 and the railroad as rquested by Mr. Phillips.
Seconded by Gerald Dykhoff.
Mot ion cart led.
Matt Reimer appeared together. 'kith his engineer, Arleigh Smith, to explain
the plat for a sanitary land fill. Moved by Gerald Dykhoff to hold a
public hearin;M with re-ardto Matt Reimers s ]and to be used for a sanitary
land f
Seconded by Jim Adams.
