WHEREAS, on December 7, 1995, bids were received for a Coraninutor
at the Dorothy Street Pump Station; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has reviewed said bids and find them
not to be satisfactory.
NOW, THt~,EEORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby reject said bids and authorize the Pur-
chasing Agent to re-advertise for bids for a Comrd_nutor at the
Dorothy Street Pump Station.
Adopted the 1st day of Febz~tary, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 2, 1996.
