I~,ESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WI1EREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion o£the public fi'om a meeting in certain circumstauces; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of tile opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of' Middlesex, State of'New Jersey, as f.ollows:
1. Tile public shall be exclud,ed fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject nmtter to be discussed is as follows:
AFS(I'.IE, Local #2291 regarding Grievance.
3. It is anticipated at Ibis time that tile above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matter.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
