CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION NO. 20047.11 34
A RESOLUTION ALLOWING OCCUPANCY PERMITS IN ROLLING HILLS
ESTATES PART TWO, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, Croell�Redi-Mix, Inc., Subdivider/Owner Rolling Hills Part 2 had
substantially completed the; infrastructure in Part 2 sufficiently to allow occupancy of homes
in the subdivision by prospective home buyers;
AND WHEREAS, Croell provided a performance bond as approved in Resolution ,
2003-49 for completion of itemsfrequired by the Cityin its final punch list;

AND WHEREAS, persons seeking to purchase homes and reside in Tiffin will
benefit from allowing the issuance of occupancy permits in Rolling Hills Part 2;
AND WHEREAS, the City Attorney has drafted this -Resolution and advised the
Council of his opinion that such a resolution 'is necessary for the Council to revoke its
prohibition of occupancy permits included in. it Resolution 2003-35, and that the same is in
the best interest of the City of Tiffin;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE' IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin; Iowa,
that the Mayor, Clerk, and Building Inspector `are hereby authorized to issue occupancy
permits for competed residences in Rolling Hills Part 2, and' that the prior prohibition of
occupancy permits included in Resolution 20030-35 is hereby repealed.
BE IT, FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City shall record this Resolution,with the
