AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF 1996 MUNICIPAL
ALLIANCE AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that it
does hereby ratify execution by the Mayor and Clerk ora certain contract between the
County of Middlesex and the Borough of Carteret, in the form attached hereto,
pursuant to which the Borough of Carteret shall provide alcoholism and drug abuse
prevention and education services to residents of the Borough of Carteret with funds
provided it by the State of New Jersey, pursuant to a grant from the Governor's
Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.
Adopted this 1st day of February, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 2, 1996.
