A RESOLUTION: AMENDING RESOLUTION #2008-161 TO CHANGE THE
DEVELOPER TO GARY E. SAMUELS AND BARBARA L. SAMUELS
FOR T A VISTOCK OFFICE PARK
WHEREAS, Resolution 2008-161, which authorized an agreement, approved Letter of
Credit in the amount of $233,000 from the Bank of Clarke County, and approved water and
sewer expansion permits for the Tavistock Office Park was adopted on November 12,2008; and
WHEREAS, the developer was listed as Appian Realty Advisors, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the actual owner/developer is Gary E. Samuels and Barbara L. Samuels; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Samuels has requested that Resolution 2008-161 be revised to correctly
show the actual developer of Tavistock Office Park.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that
Resolution 2008-161 is hereby amended to show Gary E. Samuels and Barbara Samuels as the
developer of Tavistock Office Park.
