COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, APRIL 17, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of April 17, 2017, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Eric Barron, Planner III, explained he would like to present the staff testimony jointly on
the public hearing bills which were related, followed by a public hearing of each issue
individually.
Mayor Tergin mentioned an amendment to the 2017 -2018 Council meeting schedule
which she would like to propose involving the first meeting in December. She would
bring it up at the regular meeting for the Council’s consideration.
Mayor Tergin welcomed the two newly-elected Council Members David Kemna and Ron
Fitzwater to the pre-meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
