A RESOLUTION: A WARDING THE ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN
SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE IDA LEE PARK MAINTENANCE
FACILITY PROJECT TO PECK PECK AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Ida Lee Park Maintenance Facility project is a funded Capital Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS, in response to a publicly advertised Request for Proposal to provide architectural
and engineering design services for the Ida Lee Maintenance Facility project, the Town received seven
proposals on September 12,2008; and
WHEREAS, the requests for proposal were evaluated by an evaluation committee in
accordance with the Town's purchasing policy; and
WHEREAS, Peck Peck and Associates was ranked first.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Manager is authorized to execute a contract, in a form approved by the Town Attorney, with
Peck Peck and Associates in the amount of$114,133 for providing the architectural and engineering
design services for this project.
