AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR A WHEEL LOADER
WHEREAS, the Department of Recycling in the Borough of
Carteret is in need of a Wheel Loader; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret
to advertise for bids for a Wheel Loader;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of
the Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for
bids for a Wheel Loader.
Adopted this 1st day of February, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 2, 1996.
