RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUS~qT GAMES .DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE
WHEREAS, application has beenmade to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Amusenmnt Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1996 by the following:
1. MANNIE'S CIGARM±'±'E SERVICE 80 MilltownRoad, Area #2
Union, New J~rsey 07083; and
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing An~sement G~nes, and the Carteret Police Department
reconmends that ~ License for the Year 1996 be issued to the
applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that th~ Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement
Games Distributor's License for the Year 1996 to the/each appli-
cant hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
