A RESOLUTION: REQUESTING THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION ACCEPT AND DELETE CERTAIN STREETS
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is requested to accept and delete into
the VDOT arterial and secondary system 3.28 lane miles of Battlefield Parkway (120'width);
0.92 lane miles of Miller Drive (80' width); 1.08 lane miles of Fort Evans Road (100' width);
0.84 lane miles of Miller Drive (80' width); 1.24 lane miles of Battlefield Parkway (120' width);
1.60 lane miles of Battlefield Parkway (120' width); 1.56 lane miles of Fort Evans Road (100'
width); 0.66 lane miles of Fort Evans Road (90' width); (Delete) 1.04 lane miles of Tolbert Lane
(50' width).
PASSED this 13th day of January 2009.
