A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1,2007
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LEESBURG, AND RZF AVIATION,
LLC WHEREIN LESSEE PLANS TO CONSTRUCT A FUEL
FARM
WHEREAS, RZF Aviation, LLC, the developer of Ritz Camera - Leesburg
Executive Airport is requesting an amendment to the Fuel Farm Lease Agreement dated
May 1, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Leesburg Executive Airport approves of an
amendment to the fuel farm lease for Ritz Camera - Leesburg Executive Airport; and
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Town Council has previously approved a lease to RZF
Aviation dated May 1, 2007, that the Mayor executed that pursuant to the terms of the lease
a fuel farm lease was to be negotiated in a separate document; and
WHEREAS, the airport director has negotiated and reviewed said contract and the
terms contained in said lease are reasonable and equitable and will benefit the airport.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
that the Town Manager shall execute the contract for the fuel farm lease according to the
terms contained in the fuel farm lease.
