A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO.4 TO THE EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL AND
TOWN MANAGER JOHN A. WELLS
RESOLVED by the Council ofthe Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Paragraph No.4 of the Town Manager's employment contract is amended to
delete reference to bonus and show the annual salary remaining at $153,494.70, reflecting no
mcrease.
SECTION II. All other benefits remain the same.
PASSED this 24th day of February 2009.
