Kevin Kelly seconded the motion. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Jane Moore moved the minutes from the February 7, 2017 Regular meeting be approved. Bill Case seconded the motion. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Jane Moore moved the minutes from the February 23, 2017 Special meeting be approved. Bill Case seconded the motion. Motion passed. Section 106 Review The commission and members attending the meeting discussed the following Section 106 Review submittals for demolition of residential structures. The City is in process of completing an environmental review record for the federally funded proposed project located within a floodplain/floodway. a. 410 Lafayette St. – Art Hernandez moved documentation has been provided. There is limited information provided in regards to historic properties affected by the current projects and is approved by this commission. Bill Case seconded the motion. Motion passed. b. 623 School St. – Kevin Kelly moved documentation has been provided. There is limited information provided in regards to historic properties affected by the current projects and is approved by this commission. Jane Moore seconded the motion. Motion passed. Old Business a. Review of Landmark Award Applications - Three applications were submitted voluntary by property owners. i. 1919 W. Main St. - Kevin Kelly moved the application be accepted. Bill Case seconded the motion. Motion passed. ii. 712 E. High St. – Jane Moore moved the application be accepted. Bill Case seconded the motion. Motion passed. iii. 720 E. High St. –Bill Case moved the application be tabled until 2018. Bill Gerling seconded the motion. Motion passed. b. Proposed Demolition Ordinance – Jayme Abbott provided an update to commission that the proposed demolition ordinance will go before the Public Works and Planning Committee on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 7:30 am. Dates to Remember a. Certified Local Government Forum, April 7, 2017 b. Next meeting, April 11, 2017 c. Preservation Month Activity, May 16, 2017 at 4:00 pm. Adjournment Bill Case moved to adjourn. Jane Moore seconded. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:48 pm.
