AN AMENDMENT'TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 219 TO PROVIDE FOR
THE ZONING OF LOTS 1N• ROLLING HILLS SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN,
JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINI✓D BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is ;to amend Ordinance
No. 219 (Zoning) to show the rezoning of certain lots in Rolling Hills Subdivision, Tiffin,
Iowa, and to comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. 219 -and the requirements for
amendments of"the official.zoning map.
Section 2.. Amendment. The following shall made as a revision to the
comprehensive plan and official zoning map of the City of Tiffin for the following lots in
Rolling Hills, Subdivision, Johnson County,.Iowa:
Lot 37 and Lots 104-108 shall be rezoned R-2.5 4
(For clarification the following information is provided to verify the zoning of the other lots
in Rolling Hills Subdivision as determined at the time of approval of the preliminary plat and,
as a result of the above rezoning.)
Lots numbered 1 through 36 are zoned R1
Lots numbered 38 through 58 are zoned RI
Lots numbered 64 through 71 are zoned R1 '
Lots numbered 82 through 92 are zoned R1
Lots numbered 98 tlirbugh 103 are zoned R1
Lot 116 is -zoned R1
Lots numbered 59 through 63 are zoned R2
`Lots numbered 72 -through 81 are zoned R2
Lots numbered 93 through 97 are zoned R2
Lot numbered 109 through.. 115 is zoned R2
Section. 3. Re ealer. All -ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Severabilitv. If any sedtion, provision, or part of chis ordinance shall"
be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, 'such adjudication shall not affect the
validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
