CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -
kA.RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZING THE'MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE CLOSING OF A CITY STREET
WHEREAS, Sum's Saloon and Greg Stevens and Terry Miller desire that the
City of Tiffin allow Third Street; in,Tiffin, Iowa, to be closed from the west`
edge of Main Street to the _east edge of the alley adjacent to Slim's Saloon, for
the purposes of a 5- -►2 -4 li c -p party and desire to enter into an
Agreement with the City of Tiffin, Iowa, allowing for the closing of the public
area for said party, which is scheduled for Saturday, ��, 2003
from �:00 o'clock � M. to , X :vo, 4. M. _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TIFFIN, IOWA: That after the execution of the attached Agreement,
Third Street from the west edge of Main Street to the east edge of the alley
adjacent to Slim's Saloon,.may be closed by. Slim's Saloon, Greg Stevens and
Terry Miller on Saturday, 9-</, 2003, from :00 o'clock.-:

prevailing laws, ordinances,. rules and regulations, and the terms of the t.
Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the attached Agreement between the City of Tiffin and
Slim's Saloon, Greg Stevens, and Terry Miller.
