OCTOBER 29, 1956
The Council of Bel Harbour Village, Dade County, Florida, Met fn special
session at the regular meeting place of the Council in the Village Hall'in Bal
Harbour Village at 7:00 oarlock P.M.'On October 29, 195.6, with the following
members present:
John:F. Beatty, Mayor; Charles R. Collins and Robert G. Landis, Councilmen,
Absent: D. W. BroeMan and Harry Brown
Also present were M. T. Wetterer, Village Clerk,and W. H. Webb, Village
Manager.
The Mayor informed the council the meeting was called in order to pass
,a Resolution enabling the Village to deliver the additional $15,000.00 of Water -
Revenue Certificates. The following Resolution was introduced in written form,
was, read in fill, and thereupon pursuant to motion made by R. G. Landis, and
seconded by C. R. Collins, was adopted by the following vote: Aye: J. F. Beatty,
C. R. Collins, and R. G. Landis. *Nay: None.
The resolution was thereupon signed by the Mayor in evidence of his
approval, was attested by the Clerk, was ordered recorded by the Clerk, and entitled
as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 43
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DELIVERY
CV $135,000 WATER REVENUE CERTIFICATES,
SERIES 1956, OF BAL HARBOUR V/LLAGE,
FLORIDA, AND RESERVING THE RIGHT TO DnLIVER".
TBE REMAINING $15,000 CERTIFICATES OF THE
SAME ISSUE AT A LATER DATE.
There being'no further buainess to come before the Council, upon motion
duly made and carried, the Council adjourned.
