I~,ESOLU'rlON TO GO INTO CI.,OSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Oi)en Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits tile exclusion ofthe public fi'om a Ineeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOI, VED by the Mayor and Council o£tbe
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate &New Jersey, as follows:
1. Tile public shall be exclud,ed fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Litigation and Persormel Hatters.
3. It is anticipated at Ibis lime that tile above stated subject matter will be ntade

4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
