A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE A SEWER EXCEPTION
Whereas, The City has examined the current Municipal Code and there is a consensus
that a Sewer Exception needs to be added and,
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that to change or update the
Municipal Code a public hearing needs to be completed;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to Set the,
date for public hearing on 01/23/12.
On the 9th day of January, 2013 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-002, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO
INCLUDE A SEWER EXCEPTION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded
by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-002, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBIC HEARING AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE A SEWER
EXCEPTION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 9th day of January, 2013.
