APPOINTMENT TO LOCAL ASSISTANCE BOARD
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy:on the Carteret Local Assistance Board; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make an appointment to fill
said vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Theron Carmichael
is hereby appointed as a member of the Carteret Local Assistance Board, effective
immediately, term to expire December 31, 1996.
Adopted this I st day of February, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 2, 1996.
