A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART -FREDERICK TO DESIGN
AND PROVIDE COST ESTIMATES FOR THE PAVING OF THE
PARKING LOT AT CITY PARK
Whereas, The City has indicated that the paving of the parking lot at City Park would be
a good investment of City funds and good development, and;
Whereas the City -Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that TIF funds need to be
spent accordingly;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the, City of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize
Hart -Frederick to design the paving of the parking lot at City Park.
On the 09th day of January, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Council person Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-004, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING HART -FREDERICK TO DESIGN THE PAVING AND PROVIDE COST
ESTIMATES FOR THE PARKING LOT AT CITY PARK and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Council person Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays:_ Phillps
Absent: none.
Whereupon four -Council members were'present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-004, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART -
FREDERICK TO DESIGN THE -PAVING AND PROVIDE COST ESTIMATES FOR THE
PARKING LOT AT CITY PARK to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 9th day of January, 2013.
