RESOLUTION:
ADOPTED July 28, 2009
APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF
$1,000 TO THE FY 2010 BUDGET RESULTING FROM A
DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
FROM MS. SANDY DELHEZ.
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that
provides recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods
within the N.E. quadrant; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of$I,OOO from Ms. Sandy Delhez
in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2010 Budget is hereby amended and an appropriation is made
in the amount of $1 ,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009 and ending June 30,
2010.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended
in the amount of $1 ,000.
