A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $3,795 TO
THE FY 2010 BUDGET RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM FROM AMERICAN
MANAGEMENT OF VIRGINIA (HERITAGE SQUARE
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION).
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that
provides recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within
the N.E. quadrant; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of$3,795 from American Management
of Virginia (Heritage Square Homeowners Association) in support ofthe Community
Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2010 Budget is hereby amended and an appropriation is made in
the amount of$3,795 for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2009 and ending June 30, 2010.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in
the amount of$3,795.
