COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, MAY 1, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of May 1, 2017, was convened at 5:46 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Rick Prather in the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin. President
Pro Tempore Prather stated that the Mayor would be arriving later tonight.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Prather stated the Mayor had requested that the Miscellaneous Agenda
Items and some of the “Presentations from Invited Guests” be postponed until she
arrived. He requested that the motion to adopt the agenda include that amendment.
Bill 2017-9 (Placing four Charter amendments on August 8 ballot). Councilman Hussey
stated he intended to make a motion in the Regular meeting to direct staff to divide that
bill into four separate bills before Council votes on the issues on May 15.

The meeting adjourned at 5:56 P.M.
