Councilmen present: Borgmeyer, Haake, Hawes, Hiesberger, Kliegel, Riner, Roll Call. Scrivner, Stone, Walther and Wildhaber. Councilmen absent: None. A quorum was declared present. The minutes of the meeting of September 16th were approved as received. Approval ---------------------- of Minute Petitions were presented in regard to street name changes. Petitions Street name ---------------------- Changes. A petition was received from residents in the vicinity of Moreau Heights School Sidewalks on requesting the City to enact a resolution requesting that the School Board of Carol St. Jefferson City authorize the paving of sidewalks adjacent to the streets on the Parking and School Board property along Carol Street. Traffic Comm. They also requested that the Parking and Traffic Commission approve the installation of a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Rose Valley Drive and Carol Street. The request was referred to the Parking and Traffic Commission. The following bid was received for the construction of sewers in Sewer Dist No. Bids - 113. Sewer Dist. Roy A. Scheperle Const. Co. , Inc. $4, 351 . 50 No. 113. Councilman Hawes moved that the bid be accepted.
