A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART -FREDERICK TO GENERATE
CO -EXISTING STANDARDS TO SUDAS TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN SIX MONTHS
Whereas, The City has been updating its building standards to become current with the
State codes, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that SUDAS is State of Iowa
approved design standard for building within the City limits;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize
Hart -Frederick to generate the co -existing standards to SUDAS within 'six months.
On the 9th day of January, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-007, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING HART -FREDERICK TO GENERATE CO -EXISTING STANDARDS TO
SUDAS TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN SIX MONTHS and made a motion for approval.
Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: Phillips ,
Absent: none.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-007, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART -
FREDERICK TO GENERATE CO -EXISTING STANDARDS TO SUDASTO BE
COMPLETED WITHIN SIX MONTHS to be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 9th day of January, 2013.
