A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE USE OF AN EMPLOYEE MANUAL WITHIN THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has requested an employee manual to
be enacted; and
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the use of an employee
manual, it is recommended to apply and adopt the attached employee manual for usage by
the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREUPON, On the 24th day of April 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution 2013-009 and made a motion for

CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Motion seconded by Council person Ryan.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: None
Absent: None
With three votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2013-009
ADOPTING THE USE OF AN EMPLOYEE MANUAL WITHIN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA,
by adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 24th day of April 2013 and approved by the Mayor.
