A RESOLUTION: APPROVING SPECIAL EXCEPTION TLSE-2009-0006, LEESBURG
GREEN, A PLACE OF WORSHIP, LOCATED AT 908 TRAILVIEW

Loudoun County Land Records as Pazcel Identification Number (PIN) 189-29-992, subject to [he
following conditions:
1. Substantial Conformance:
Development of this special exception use shall be in substantial conformance with the
Special Exception Plat for TLSE 2009-0006 for Leesburg Green (church) dated
September, 2009. This plat consists of a screen capture from the Loudoun County
Mapping System, and depicts [he subject pazcel and existing improvements, to which
no modifications aze proposed.
2. No Expressed or Implied Waivers:
Approval of [he special exception does not express or imply any waiver or modification
of the requirements set forth in the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, the
Zoning Ordinance, or the Design and Construction Standards Manual (DCSM) except
as specifically approved by Town Council or as shown as approved by Town Counci]
on the Special Exception Plat and supporting documents.
`~' 3. No Off-site Parking
Pazking for all church activities shall be contained entirely within the bounds of the
subject pazcel, pazcel identification number (PIN) 189-29-9923.

A RESOLUTION: APPROVING SPECIAL EXCEPTION TLSE-2009-0006, LEESBURG
GREEN, A PLACE OF WORSHIP, LOCATED AT 908 TRAILVIEW
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Leesburg Office, LLC, has requested special exception approval to pertni[ a
Place of Worship [o be located at 908 Trailview Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the property is located in the I-1 - Industrial/Research Park Zoning District;
and
WHEREAS, [he Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on December 3, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends conditional approval subject ro [he conditions contained
in the January 8, 2010 Staff Report; and
WHEREAS, Town Council has determined the proposed use meets the special exception
standazds for a Place of Worship as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Town Council has determined that [he Approval Criteria of Zoning
Ordinance Section 3.4.12 have been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, Town Council has determined that the proposal would serve the public
necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Special Exception application TLSE-2009-0006, Leesburg Green (church), is hereby approved to
permit a Place of Worship located at 908 Trailview Boulevard, and further identified in the
