Substantial Conformance: Development of this special exception use shall be in substantial conformance with the Special Exception Plat for TLSE 2009-0006 for Leesburg Green (church) dated September, 2009. This plat consists of a screen capture from the Loudoun County Mapping System, and depicts [he subject pazcel and existing improvements, to which no modifications aze proposed. 2. No Expressed or Implied Waivers: Approval of [he special exception does not express or imply any waiver or modification of the requirements set forth in the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, the Zoning Ordinance, or the Design and Construction Standards Manual (DCSM) except as specifically approved by Town Council or as shown as approved by Town Counci] on the Special Exception Plat and supporting documents. `~' 3. THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the Special Exception application TLSE-2009-0006, Leesburg Green (church), is hereby approved to permit a Place of Worship located at 908 Trailview Boulevard, and further identified in the
