RESOLUTION NO. 2010-020 ADOPTED February 23, 2010
A RESOLUTION: EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE CONTINUATION OF GENERAL
MOTORS' FRANCHISE WITH JERRY'S CHEVROLET
WHEREAS, the General Motors products and services are very important to the citizens of
the Town of Leesburg; and
WHEREAS, Jerry's Chevrolet is a long standing business and partner of the Town of
Leesburg; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg greatly supports all of its businesses and corporate
citizens.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town expresses its great support for Jerry's Chevrolet and urges General Motors to continue their
franchise agreement.
