has not been consun~ated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Ab~ IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Resolution
f/95-195 is hereby rescinded and Plenary Distribution License
~/1201-33-016-~002 shall remain in the nmne of Cooke Avenu~ Liquors,
Inc.
