A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF A HI-CUBE VAN/1NSPECTION
"CAMERA TRUCK" FROM ARIE INDUSTRIES INC IN THE AMOUNT
OF $187,329.
WHEREAS, the purchase of this camera truck is funded in the FY10 Operating Budget; and
WHEREAS, this acquisition is necessary to replace a 1997 a13-year-old vehicle and outdated
equipment; and
WHEREAS, this equipment is available from a ridable contract with HGACBuy, a cooperative
procurement organization.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the Hi-
Cube Van/Inspection "Camera Truck" be procured from Arie Industries in the amount of $187,329.
PASSED this 8`l' day of June, 2010.
