A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2013 CIP LIST OF
SURFACING PROJECTS TO BE COMPLETED
Whereas, The City recognizes that there are banked TIF funds that need to be spent
and; .
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the paving projects listed
and discussed previously are good city wide projects that are cheaper to get completed
at the same time because of cheaper set-up costs;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the 2013 CIP list of surfacing project to be completed.
On the 13th day of February, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-017, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE 2013 CIP LIST OF SURFACING PROJECTS TO BE DONE BY
JUNE 30, 2013 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Bartels, Upton
Nays: Phillips
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-017, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2013
CIP LIST OF SURFACING PROJECTS TO BE COMPLETED to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 13TH day of February, 2013.
