AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF SEWER "TIE-IN"
FEES FOR COLUMBUS SCHOOL, MINUE SCHOOL
AND LINCOLN SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has undertaken a project to
remodel three (3) schools; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has requested that the Borough
waive all sewer tie-in fees for the construction at Columbus
School, Minue School and Lincoln School; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret
hereby waives all Sewer "Tie-In" fees at the aforementioned
properties owned by the Carteret Board of Education.
Adopted this 15th day of February, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 16, 1996.
