A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF $3,500 BUDGETED IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL'S FY 2010 ADOPTED OPERATING BUDGET FOR A PROJECT
1NITIATIVE SUBMITTED BY THE BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
WHEREAS, the Council included $10,000 in its FY 2010 Adopted Operating Budget to fund
project initiatives developed by Town boards and commissions designed to enhance their efforts to meet
their legal requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Council passed Resolution 2010-008 on January 12, 2010 providing $6,480 to
fund project initiative proposals submitted by the Environmental Advisory Commission, Thomas Balch
Library Commission, and the Tree Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Council conducted a review of the project initiative proposal submitted by the
Board of Architectural Review.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia approves a
transfer not to exceed $3,500 from its FY 2010 Adopted Operating Budget for the project initiative
submitted by the Board of Architectural Review and revises the attachment to Council Resolution 2010-
008.
