Call to Order
Bob Miller called to order the special meeting of the Brewster Building Needs &
Assessment Committee at 7:30 pm on September 2, 2009 in Brewster Town Hall.
Roll call
The following persons were present: Herb Montgomery, Greg Levasseur, Patrick
Welch, David Telman, Richard Hoffmann, Robert Miller and Richard Kosinski
Stony Brook Elementary School Addition Proiect
TLCR (Architect) presented 90% cost estimates & drawings. Meeting attendees
reviewed the documents with TLCR.
The White Caps will move their garage and will be reimbursed by the town. The
move is mandated due to fire requirements. Herb received an estimate of $3750 to
move the garage.
- Garage slab demolition will remain in TLCR estimate
- TLCR will remove the garage moving cost from the estimate.
Project Timeline
- 9/16 @ 3pm -School -Subcontractor walkthrough
- 9/16 @ 7:30 pm -Town Hall -BNAC meeting
- 9/24 @ 7:00 pm -Town Hall - BOS & School Committee meeting
- 9/30 @ 2:00 pm File sub bids
- 10/7 @ 2:00 pm General Contractor bid open
- 10/19 -Town meeting
Town Hall HVAC
Bids were opened since last meeting & came in ~80k less than estimates.
Adiournment
Meeting was adjourned at 9:20 pm.
