APPROVING CHANGE ORDER - LARCH STREET PROJECT
WHEREAS, a contract pursuant to Resolution #95-270 was awarded
to Penaloza and Calderone Asphalt Co., Inc. for improvements
to Larch Street; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has certified that certain
modifications are to repair unanticipated conditions not
anticipated at the time of bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to N.J.A.C.
5:34-4.8, the Borough of Carteret hereby approves a change
order in the amount of $6,246.50 thereby allowing for a total
payment to the contractor in the amount of $34,895.06.
Adopted this 15th day of February, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 16, 1996.
