The meeting is called to order at 7:02 pm on Tuesday 6 January 2009 by Larry Greeley.
Members present at this time are:

There is no person in the audience area.
Norman Adams distributes copies of the draft minutes of the meeting of Tuesday 2 December 2008, as
well as copies of the approved and subsequently filed minutes of the meeting of Wednesday 12 November
2008.
A motion is made by Larry Bugden and seconded by Walter Powers to approve the minutes of the meeting
of Tuesday 2 December 2008 as presented. The vote to accept is unanimous.
There is a brief general discussion of the interesting article in the Cape Codder by Doreen Leggett
reporting on the Wellfleet meeting on Tuesday 16 December 2008.
Lany Greeley reports on the planned actions to construct a control room for the Brewster government
channel. Larry expects that there will be a start on the framing of the control room this coming Friday and
that the framing should be completed by the end of January. He anticipates that there will be a lot of
volunteer work, but notes that materials will have to be paid for.
There is some general discussion about advancing technology which impinges on community access TV,
and on how such advances in technology should be included in the negotiations with Comcast.
Larry Greeley reports that additional comments have been received in response to the message about
negotiations with Comcast which is now appearing on the bulletin board of the Brewster government
channel. Many of the responses are complaints about the relocation of channels being moved by Comcast.
There is no explicit discussion of the time, date, and place of the next meeting, which therefore will be at
the usual time, date, and place, to wit, at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of next month in the Brewster
Town Offices Building.
The meeting seems to be out of other business to be taken up tonight. A motion to adjourn is made by
Walter Powers and seconded by Norman Adams. The motion is passed unanimously. The meeting is
adjourned at 7:45 pm.
