A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $],722.40
RESULTING FROM A DONATION OF $1,000 FROM AARON'S INC.
AND A DONATION OF $722.40 FROM THE LEESBURG PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH TO THE COMMUN[TY OUTREACH PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program [hat provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E. quadrant of
[he Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received donations in the amount of $1,000.00 from Aazon's Inc. and
$722.40 from the Leesburg Presbyterian Church in support of the CommuniTy Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2011 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $1,722.40 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011.
SECTION E. The Commtntity Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the amount of
$1.722.40.
