RESOLUTION NO. 2010-119 ADOPTED AuRUSt 10, 2010
A RESOLUTION: MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE UTILITY RATE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, participation by public-spirited citizens on town boards, commissions and
committees is vita] to [he success of town government and the democratic process; and
WHEREAS, boazds, commissions and committees serve an indispensable role in
providing recommendations concerning [own policy and programs; and
WHEREAS, Council desires [o appoint effective individuals to serve at its will and
pleasure on these advisory boazds; and
WHEREAS, vacancies exist on the UtiliTy Rate Advisory Committee.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED that [he Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia hereby
appoints Jason Seibel to a term ending on June 30, 2014 and Chuck Shotton to a term ending on
June 3Q 2012.
