A RESOLUTION: DEDICATING AN EASEMENT TO NOVEL FOR THE INSTRUMENT
LANDING SYSTEM (ILS) PROJECT AT THE LEESBURG EXECUTIVE
AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the ILS project a[ the Leesburg Executive Airport is currently under
constmction; and
WHEREAS, [he Contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration is currently on site
performing work to install the equipment necessary for [he ILS; and
WHEREAS, NOVEL has provided the deed and plat [o the town for review and approval;
and
WHEREAS, the deed and plat aze approved by the Town Attorney; and
WHEREAS, electric power is required to put the ILS system into operation.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager is authorized to execute the necessary deed for dedicating
the required easements.
