A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $1,490.25 TO
THE FY 2011 BUDGET RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE
CATOCTIN SKATEPARK FROM THE LEESBURG SKATEPARK GROUP
WHEREAS, the Town's Departrnent of Pazks and Recreation operates the Catoctin
SkatePazk; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of $1,490.25 from the Leesburg SkatePazk
Group in support of improvements to the Catoctin SkatePazk.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2011 Budge[ is hereby amended and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $1,490.25 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011.
SECTION II. The Pazks and Recreation Department budget is amended in the amount of
$1,490.25.
