A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $1,500 TO
THE FY 2011 BUDGET RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM FROM AMERICAN
MANAGEMENT OF VIRGINIA (HERITAGE SQUARE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION)
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program Thal provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E.
quadrant; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of $],500 from American Management of
Virginia (Heritage Square Homeowners Association) m support of [he Community Outreach
Program for hosting a Neighborhood Movie Nigh[ on Saturday, September 11, 2010.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2011 Budge[ is hereby amended and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $1,500 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the
amount of $1,500.
