RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -143 ADOPTED November 9, 2010
A RESOLUTION: TO APPROVE A COMMISSION PERMIT, TLCP 2010 -0002, T- MOBILE
AT WESTPARK, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNAS, WITH GROUND MOUNTED
EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, a Commission Permit has been filed by T- Mobile Northwest LLC, and is
referred to as TLCP 2010 -0002, T- Mobile Antenna at Westpark, for the purpose of installing
telecommunications antennas with ground mounted equipment; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 59 Clubhouse Drive, and is further described
as Loudoun County Parcel Identification Number (PIN) 272 -38 -5127; and
WHEREAS, the property is zoned B -3, Community Retail /Commercial District; and
WHEREAS, Staff recommended approval of the Commission Permit; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on October 21, 2010; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting of October 21, 2010 the Planning Commission voted to
deny the Commission Permit TLCP- 2010 -0002, T- Mobile Antenna at Westpark; and
WHEREAS, on October 26 the Applicant filed an appeal of the Planning Commission's
denial of the Commission Permit, TLCP 2010 -0002, T- Mobile Antenna at Westpark, to the Town
Council; and
WHEREAS, Town Council has determined the proposed use is in substantial compliance
with the adopted Town Plan as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance Section 3.9.12; and
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Commission Permit TLCP 2010 -0002, T- Mobile Antenna at Westpark, is hereby approved to install
